About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Expert to join our team at Soho Square Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with expertise in automation tools, lead generation, and data-driven marketing to drive business growth in the financial services sector.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation workflows using Clay/Expandi/Phantombuster to generate high-quality leads that align with our service offerings. Your primary focus will be on identifying and segmenting target audiences within financial services and technology sectors, developing multi-channel outreach campaigns, and collaborating with our sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Workflow Development: Design, implement, and optimize Clay/Expandi/Phantombuster automation workflows for lead generation.
  • Target Audience Identification: Identify and segment target audiences within financial services and technology sectors.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, social media, etc.).
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads that align with Soho's service offerings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Demand Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Automation Expertise: Expertise in Clay/Expandi/Phantombuster automation, with a strong portfolio of implemented campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B lead generation strategies, particularly in financial services and technology sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • BFSI Experience: Experience with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients.
  • Neurodiverse Recruitment: Knowledge of neurodiverse recruitment and inclusion strategies.
