About the Role
  • This role involves providing accurate reporting and interpretation of the company's financial information.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting and financial reporting software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft tools.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  1. Improving net working capital forecasting by analyzing inventory, demand planning, and current/predictive analysis modeling.
  2. Tracking and determining financial results by comparing actual outcomes to forecasts.
  3. Assembling and summarizing data to generate reports on financial status and risks.
  4. Consolidating and summarizing financial data, including capital expenses, depreciation, budgets, income statements, and other key performance indicators.
  5. Providing creative alternatives and recommending cost reductions and efficiencies to improve profitability.
  6. Developing financial models, conducting benchmarking, and process analysis.
  7. Working with management to develop and maintain routine forecasts and financial modeling.
  8. Identifying trends and providing input and recommendations for management consideration based on sound analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A deep understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial reporting software.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
