Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to drive business expansion and enhance our customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To source and identify suitable business partners for origination through our platform.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on these partners, including credit notes preparation for the credit committee.
  • Bulk up and manage high-growth business pipelines on our platform effectively.
  • Offer internal team support as needed.
  • Manage client portfolios with strict adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Cross-sell our products, thereby contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services.
  • Good understanding of Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), retail lending processes, and related concepts.
  • Able to connect with industry experts and stay updated on sector developments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in writing detailed credit assessment memos and financial analysis reports.
