Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to drive business expansion and enhance our customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- To source and identify suitable business partners for origination through our platform.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on these partners, including credit notes preparation for the credit committee.
- Bulk up and manage high-growth business pipelines on our platform effectively.
- Offer internal team support as needed.
- Manage client portfolios with strict adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Cross-sell our products, thereby contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services.
- Good understanding of Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), retail lending processes, and related concepts.
- Able to connect with industry experts and stay updated on sector developments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in writing detailed credit assessment memos and financial analysis reports.
