- Develop and execute the business strategy for the region, aligning with national objectives.
- Analyze regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive expansion.
- Benchmark our performance against industry standards, driving continuous improvement.
- Pursue enterprise and mid-market clients across the region.
- Owning revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
- Negotiate and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
- Manage the profit-and-loss statement for the region, optimizing costs and ensuring profitability.
- Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the region.
- Provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 5–12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
- Strong understanding of the regional market, with established local networks.
- Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
