This leadership position is focused on driving commercial growth and global expansion of our wellness and telehealth services. The role requires revenue generation, client acquisition, and market development while ensuring operational excellence and scalability of service delivery.
- Strategic Business Development
- Develop and drive the commercial strategy for Wellness & Telehealth services with full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
- Identify high-value growth opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.
- Leverage market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.
- Client Relations & Commercial Partnerships
- Lead high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in large organizations, including ship owners, corporate health partners, and insurance providers.
- Represent the company in executive meetings, global wellness forums, and industry events—positioning the brand as a premium, scalable wellness partner.
- Negotiate and finalize large commercial contracts that deliver mutual value and long-term client success.
- Digital Commercial Growth
- Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across the company's Telehealth and digital wellness platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients, improve conversion paths, and scale recurring revenue models.
- Leverage analytics and platform insights to inform pricing strategies, digital campaign ROI, and service packaging.
- Explore and expand eCommerce or self-serve revenue channels as an additional sales stream.
- Digital Optimization & Platform Expansion
- Establish and manage dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, enabling faster decisions and resource alignment.
- Use sales analytics to continuously improve conversion strategy, targeting, and territory management.
- Commercial Proposals & Sales Enablement
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.
- Lead executive-level meetings and business reviews, clearly communicating ROI, strategic value, and implementation plans.
- Ensure proposals are backed by strong business cases and align with operational strengths and delivery capabilities.
- Present regularly to internal stakeholders on sales progress, market expansion wins, and pipeline velocity.
- Cross-Team Alignment & Execution
- Collaborate across product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure sales commitments translate into smooth delivery and client retention.
- Provide commercial guidance in internal planning—ensuring client needs, feedback, and growth priorities are reflected in service evolution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across functions to deliver client impact at scale.
- Innovation & Continuous Growth
- Refine sales playbooks, pricing approaches, and partner models to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Bring a founder's mindset—experiment quickly, improve processes, and maintain speed while scaling.
- Continuously scan for global innovations in mental wellness, digital care, and workforce wellbeing to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Lead the wellness team toward commercial maturity—balancing mission with market-fit and margin growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following fields:
- Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Healthcare Management or other medical-related disciplines
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership
- Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes
- Exposure to maritime or remote workforce wellness
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services
