- Demonstrate expertise in technical, marketing, and sales skills, as well as in-depth product knowledge.
- Design and implement an annual business plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Gather market intelligence on current and future products through regular customer visits and market research.
- Analyze competitor activities and devise effective counter-strategies.
