Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a regional business development team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with customer support and telesales teams to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Market & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, buyers, and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company in regional networking forums and industry events.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure smooth execution of customer onboarding, order processing, and service delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, sustainability, and ethical trading practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution is required. An MBA or post-graduation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in core business development, preferably in the metals, commodities, or recycling sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in managing regional teams and cross-functional collaboration.
