Overview of the Position:
The Regional Business Director will lead advisory and sales teams to drive revenue growth and profitability for the company’s advisory business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute an overall business strategy, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and oversee the development and delivery of advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advisory and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the development and delivery of advisory services to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
This role requires a Post Graduate, CA or MBA qualified individual with minimum 12 years of experience in financial services, at least 8 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate should have NCFM/AMFI/IRDA certifications and proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

- Ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling various financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
