
Regional Growth Director

Job Description:
The Area General Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the franchise network across designated regions. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead, guide and train team members while building and nurturing relationships with potential franchise partners.
- A strategic leader with 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential franchise partners.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Market Identification & Strategy:
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion.
- Conduct market research to analyse data and identify key growth opportunities.
- Team Management & Collaboration:
- Manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyse & call leads from potential areas.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with franchise selection criteria.
- Lead Generation & Meetings:
- Scrutinize and shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with standards.
- Oversee scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
- Area Visits & Prospect Engagement:
- Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.
- Personally pitch the franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.
- Franchise Conversion & Onboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding process by converting right profiles into franchise partners.
- Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.
- Performance Management:
- Achieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.
- Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.

- Ensuring timely completion of franchise operational setup.
