Key Responsibilities

- Monitor team performance and motivate members to reach targets.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to keep ahead of market changes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Experience Requirements
">- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG industry.
