Job Overview
The Senior Manager of Leadership Process Training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing leadership development programs within the organization. This role is aimed at enhancing leadership skills across various levels of management to drive business results, improve team effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, delivery, and evaluation of leadership training programs aimed at developing key leadership competencies.
- Design blended learning experiences (e.g., workshops, online courses, mentoring programs, etc.) to support leadership development.
- Ensure training content is aligned with current organizational goals, leadership frameworks, and future needs.
Program Implementation
- Coordinate the rollout and implementation of leadership development initiatives across various business units.
- Work with HR and other stakeholders to identify leadership gaps and prioritize training needs.
- Provide leadership coaching and guidance to managers and senior leaders on effective leadership strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the organization.
- Foster relationships with key leaders to promote a culture of leadership development and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on training progress, outcomes, and impact.
