Leadership Development Program Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Leadership Development Program Manager to join our team at Meesho. As a key member of our Leadership Development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing leadership development programs that equip leaders with the skills, behaviors, and experiences needed to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop leadership development programs for senior and emerging leaders of Meesho, working closely with the senior leadership team
- Implement and evaluate these programs to ensure alignment with Meesho's unique leadership needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand program requirements and deliverables
- Drive innovative learning solutions leveraging technology, data insights, and industry best practices
- Manage partnerships with external consultants and vendors for program execution
- Analyze program effectiveness and measure ROI on leadership development initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience designing and managing Leadership Development Programs
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute
- Proven experience in Leadership Development (directly with consulting firms or worked with them) and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Estimated Salary: ₹ 20 lakhs - ₹ 25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, market conditions, and job complexity. Note that this salary range may vary based on individual circumstances and negotiations.
