**Job Overview:**

As a Technical Leadership Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and executing technical programs from initiation to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and tech owners, to understand long-term capabilities and initiatives that align with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Own and execute the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for top-level key technical initiatives, collaborating with project sponsors, technical program managers, and development teams.
- Drive high-quality technical solutions by working with architects and providing inputs on architecture, design, and priorities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and provide escalation management while balancing business needs versus constraints.
- Communicate vision, plans, and project status effectively to leadership, technical, and business stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

- 5-8 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in software development life cycles, architecture, and design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with broad guidance and high initiative requirements.
