Job Overview

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups at TD SYNNEX. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in IT distribution, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets and generate planned profit outcomes.
  • Leverage sales enablement programs to support product group objectives, including training technical sales support teams.
  • Coordinate functions within TD SYNNEX to deliver product plan outcomes, ensuring executive business relations with vendor partners are of high order.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement, and ensure highest levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree and relevant certifications.
  • Strong leadership attributes, self-starter, results-focused, sound business acumen, ability to work with little direction, and capacity to lead vertical teams.
