As a Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the business life cycle. This includes ensuring the company's overall strategy and goals are supported by the product, and that the product goals and strategy do not deviate from the business objectives.

You will oversee and ensure the efficient and effective execution of the product management department functions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other heads of engineering, marketing, sales, and design departments to drive consensus within the product teams and promote the achievement of product goals.

The role involves developing and defining the product road map, managing it as required to meet business deliverables, and working closely with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies, lead generation strategies, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Role: Oversee and ensure the efficient and effective execution of product management department functions.
- Collaboration: Liaise with other heads of engineering, marketing, sales, and design departments to drive consensus within the product teams and promote the achievement of product goals.
- Product Line Lifecycle: Develop, define, and oversee the product road map, managing it as required to meet business deliverables.
- Product/Market Strategy: Work closely with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies, lead generation strategies, and sales strategies.

Required Qualification & Key Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience in performance of functions as a Head of Product Management.
- Proven track record in product planning, defining and launching successful products, and unifying product portfolios.
- Experience of building and managing diverse Product Engineering teams.
- Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers.
- Proven analytical and decision-making abilities.
