About the Role
At InMobi, we are seeking a seasoned Executive Leadership Development Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of leadership development and coaching.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs, coaching and mentoring senior leaders, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leadership development programs that drive business outcomes
- Coach and mentor senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver learning experiences that meet business needs
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization
- Provide coaching and feedback to senior leaders to support their growth and development
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or talent management
- Qualification in Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- Certification in Transactional Analysis, Executive Coaching, or related field
- Strong experience using psychometric tools for assessment and development
- Proven ability to coach leaders at mid to senior levels within complex organizations
