About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager to join our team. As the face of the agency for our clients, this individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery, stakeholder communication, and cost savings initiatives.

  • Full Contract Negotiations: Collaborate with Client Services to establish pricing, service levels, and KPIs under the supervision of the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    • Stakeholder communication and collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, translating them into actionable plans.
    • Attend business review meetings as required.
    • Service Improvements:
    • Responsible for Cost Savings and Service Improvement initiatives.
    • Responsible for improving client experience.
    • Process Management:
      • Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to identify opportunities and drive efficiencies through Lean, six sigma projects.
      • Share and implement industry best practices.
      • New Process Transitions.
      • Drive strong documentation (e.g., process maps) across all workflows.
      • People Management:
        • Lead the team to achieve excellence through process improvement initiatives/programmes.
        • Demonstrate thorough understanding and experience in aspects of people and performance management.
        • Able to win trust.
        • Willingly lend ears to listen to people to address escalations or grievances effectively.
        • Takes complete ownership/accountability for outcome-driven systematic development of team members.
        • Project Management:
          • Manage demand and forecast. Capacity planning. Recruit, hire, and onboard talent to meet capacity plans;
          • Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues.
          • Ensure timely dissemination of feedback from revision analysis/star ratings to team members.
          • Timely flagging of issues to management.
          • Report Management:
            • Manage and maintain all client dashboards and responsible for distribution of reports.
            • Delivery:
              • Strategic planning, defining, and delivering end-to-end projects.
              • Liaison between delivery teams and senior leadership team.
              • Deliver according to agreed SLAs, contracts, and budgets.
              • Accountable for identifying project risks and working with stakeholders on mitigating those.
              • Implement the appropriate governance & escalation model for all projects/assignments.
              • Accountable for BCP wherever applicable.
              • Define, monitor, and control operational metrics and scorecards.
            Requirements
            • Minimum 9 years of experience as Sr PM - Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
            • Inspiring people management skills.
            • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
            • Willing to work across multiple shifts and run cross-border teams.
            • Committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail.
            • Good analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot.
            • Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately.
            • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
            • Prior knowledge of the moving image business will be an added benefit.

            • Should be willing to travel when required.
            Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on the national average for similar positions in Chennai and Bengaluru. This figure may vary depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
