Job Title: Last Mile Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Last Mile Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end last mile delivery process, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage End-to-End Last Mile Delivery Operations: Ensure timely deliveries and optimized routes to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Lead and manage a team of delivery professionals, ensuring performance standards are met.
  • Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Oversee cash handling operations, ensuring daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and cash reconciliation is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of routes within the city and nearby areas is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of logistics metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is required.
