We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the founder across operations, strategy, personal logistics, and wellness. This role combines executive assistance, project management, personal training, and lifestyle optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the calendar, fitness schedule, travel, and personal logistics for the founder
  • Drive the founder to meetings, events, and personal commitments
  • Track birthdays, social events, and personal commitments; ensure timely execution
  • Refill and organize personal supplies (supplements, grooming items, essentials)
  • Ensure car cleanliness, servicing, and maintenance schedules
  • Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries, and event coordination
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners
  • Lead operational execution: schedules, workflows, communications, and follow-ups
  • Track attendance, payroll, payouts, and team bandwidth
  • Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights, and actionable follow-ups
  • Use Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline workflows
  • Partner with the founder on brand strategy, pitches, and business development
  • Conduct research, audits, and prepare strategic presentations
  • Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects
  • Conduct daily personal training sessions as required
  • Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress, and ensure safe, effective sessions
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Business, Management, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in EA, operations, or support roles
  • Certified personal trainer (preferred, or demonstrable training experience)
  • Valid driving license (mandatory)
  • First-in, last-out attitude with strong personal ownership
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of fitness training and wellness practices
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver with high ownership and confidentiality
  • Willingness to go the extra mile; always
