We are seeking an entrepreneurial professional to collaborate with our leadership team in shaping and validating high-impact ventures.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the founding team across key strategic initiatives – from market discovery and product ideation to business model design, investor documentation, and go-to-market planning.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role designed for someone ready to build or co-build the next transformative company.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and explore new venture opportunities aligned with our mission
  • Conduct deep market research, competitor mapping, and customer discovery
  • Develop strategic proposals, business cases, and execution roadmaps
  • Lead or support investor documentation, including pitch decks, financial models, and narrative building
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to define MVP specs and growth plans
  • Option to transition into a founder/CEO role for validated ideas
Requirements

We are looking for a former founder, early startup operator, or domain expert with strong entrepreneurial drive. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and moving fast.

  • Excellent communicator – able to craft compelling narratives for investors, partners, and teams
  • Prior experience in deep-tech, AI/ML, climate tech, or relevant sectors (optional)
