At the forefront of tech recruitment, we're seeking a dynamic HR Trainee to spearhead our end-to-end hiring process. As a key player in this crucial role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top tech talent while ensuring seamless day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tech Hiring & Recruitment
    • Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
    • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
    • Recruitment Strategy: Leverage various channels, including job boards and professional networks, to attract exceptional candidates.
    • Candidate Experience: Foster a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Operations
    • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
    • Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
    • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS with precision and accuracy.
    • Compliance: Ensure all HR processes and records align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
