Your Role as Associate Program Manager - Partnerships & Growth

  1. Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
  2. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  3. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  4. Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  5. Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, corporates, and global institutions.
  6. Develop creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  7. Take ownership of special projects that require experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  8. Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.
  9. Support the Founder's Office in high-impact tasks requiring discretion, agility, and strategic thinking.
