Purpose of the Job:

To secure new clientele for university placements and internships through strategic campus recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement successful career outcomes for graduating classes by leveraging industry connections.
  • Network with industry professionals to achieve individual targets.
  • Support team members and contribute to corporate engagement activities.
  • Manage student career services, including career counselling and interview preparation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve both career services and institutional objectives.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high integrity, and knowledge of industry demographics. Experience in Edtech or HR is preferred.

Work-Life Balance: We offer a flexible working arrangement of six days a week with Sunday off.
