Warehouse Operations Retail Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced retail operations manager to oversee our warehouse and last mile delivery functions. This key role will be responsible for managing the retail and delivery aspects of our e-commerce brand, ensuring seamless operations across multiple stores and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily retail and delivery operations for our e-commerce brand.
  • Oversee entire retail operation and warehouse management.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with stores team and warehouse team for smooth operations.
  • Negotiate and handle day-to-day operations with 3rd party logistics and delivery operators.
  • Manage invoice and E-way bill processing.
  • Reconcile transporter billing & invoices.
  • Analyze store inward, outward and identify root causes of issues.
  • Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies and report any issues.
  • Short inventory received at Store and Vice Versa.
  • Inventory closing of any Inventory movement happens between Stores & Warehouses.
  • Taking follow-ups with stores, Logistics and other teams.
  • Generate MIS reports and circulate to respective departments.
  • Lead core team of warehouse operations retail team.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in handling at least 80 stores warehouse day-to-day operations.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
  3. Strong people management with cross-functional team and communications skills.
  4. Able to work with minimal supervision and make decisions as needed.
  5. Knowledge of ERP/WMS like Vinculum is an added advantage.
  6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
