Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods at our Gurugram warehouse. This role involves managing warehousing and distribution operations to meet set targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet defined performance metrics
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Familiarize yourself with warehouse processes including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels to ensure high accuracy
  • Generate MIS reports daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
  • Process E-way bills, Good Receipts, and vendor invoices as per agreements
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with e-commerce or fulfillment centers
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset
  • Graduate with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Able to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently, working 6 days a week
