Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of end-to-end warehouse management, customer relations, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee warehouse operations ensuring adherence to industry standards, compliance, and safety protocols.
  • Full ownership of regional warehouse performance including productivity, efficiency, and profitability metrics.
  • Drive innovation in inbound, storage, inventory control, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, workforce planning, and material handling systems.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Implement warehouse management systems, and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Key Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, operations design, and customer satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local regulations, and labor laws.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
