Job Title: Operations Director

This is a leadership role that oversees the management of a hotel or hostel with 35-50 keys. The Operations Director will be responsible for supervising multiple facets of operations, including front office, housekeeping, human resource management, food and beverage, guest experience, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and extensive work experience in hotel operations. They must have outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills to motivate, mentor, and align staff effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the management of daily operations to ensure high service quality and efficiency.
  • Managing operational quality with attention to detail on various parameters such as infrastructure, services, staff, operations, etc.
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure a cordial relationship and effective communication.

Requirements for the role include:

  • A degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, or guest house environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and management practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
