Job Role: Agile Coach

Our organization is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead our enterprise Data Management Operations team. A successful candidate will have expertise in facilitating Agile methodologies within large-scale projects, preferably in application development, enterprise migrations, or data warehouse/data engineering.

The team you will be working with focuses on ensuring timely delivery for a significant enterprise data warehouse migration project transitioning from Teradata to Azure data warehouse. This team spans across Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science lines of business and a successful candidate will need to effectively navigate between teams as priorities and deliverables change.

Project work involves collaboration with both onshore and offshore developers, so the ideal candidate will have experience managing distributed teams and be proficient in utilizing tools like Microsoft Access and Azure.

We are looking for someone proactive with excellent written and oral communication skills who can adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the success of our organization.
