Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Event Sales Manager based in Bengaluru for a full-time on-site position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for various events, fostering effective communication with clients, and delivering successful private events.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage event sales initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Coordinate communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Execute successful private events that exceed client expectations
Requirements
  • Strong background in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes an estimated ₹7-9 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits that reflect our commitment to supporting the growth and well-being of our employees.
