About This Role:

The Enterprise Sales Professional is responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities, as well as renewing and upselling from existing clients within an assigned global corporate territory. This role will involve developing and executing a strategic territory plan to achieve high quota attainment. The successful candidate must possess excellent sales skills, including the ability to conduct needs analyses and demonstrate the value of Forrester's solutions to potential clients by addressing critical business issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a new business sales quota in the assigned global corporate territory.
  • Prospect and close suitable accounts from a target list of global corporate enterprises.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop them further.
  • Promote interest in Forrester's solutions among IT, digital, customer experience, and marketing organizations across clients and prospects.
  • Sell to VP-level and above stakeholders within prospect organizations.
  • Maintain an effective sales pipeline to meet quota targets and update the pipeline in Forrester's CRM system (Salesforce.com).
  • Produce accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Become knowledgeable about assigned industries, including the changing business and technology issues that Forrester's potential clients face.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand Forrester's value proposition for prospects.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Forrester's full range of product offerings, focusing on business outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A proven track record of selling strategic solutions to global corporate enterprises.
  • Experience working in complex global business environments and managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to thrive in lean organizations with intricate internal ecosystems.
  • Strong domain knowledge in IT, digital, customer experience, and marketing, as well as experience selling to global corporate enterprises.
  • Capacity to align client business objectives with Forrester's solutions.
  • High level of business acumen relevant to global corporate enterprises.
  • Effective team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
  • Williness to travel regularly.
  • Consistent solution-selling experience to C-level executives.
