Hireginie is seeking a highly skilled Senior Luxury Sales Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our luxury resort's offerings to new and existing clients. This position requires an energetic and results-driven individual with 3+ years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth execution, team productivity, and client satisfaction while driving revenue growth and process improvements.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed targets for rooms, meeting space, events, and other resort services.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate, leisure, and group travel markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in luxury resorts or similar high-end hospitality establishments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and travel professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience.
