
Business Development Manager

This is a key role in our sales team where you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring and managing enterprise and mid-market clients.
Main Responsibilities:- You will identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for our SaaS solutions.
- You will build strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Sales/Marketing, IT leads).
- You will understand client pain points and present our solution as a tailored automation solution.
- You will manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- You will achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- You should have 2–6 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales (SaaS, CRM, Marketing Automation, or IT solutions preferred).
- You should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals.
- You should have strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- You should be able to understand technology-driven solutions and explain them to non-technical clients.
