We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies to foster customer loyalty and retention.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The CRM Manager will analyze customer data, manage CRM software, coordinate with sales and marketing teams, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and insights
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales and market segmentation
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, etc)
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment
