As a seasoned Director of Capacity Building, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our logistics operations. We are seeking an individual with 6-8 years of experience in marketing, including activations and BTL experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless last mile operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and manage local vendors/retailers.
- Optimize delivery costs by negotiating with vendors and implementing dynamic pricing models.
- Pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private entities to enhance the last mile rider network.
- Maintain accurate data on rider agents count and capacity promised for dispatch.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective acquisition and management of last mile partners.
