Client Partnership Manager

Job Summary:

As a Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with branch partners and achieving targets through our sales framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Nurture the relationship with branch partners to meet sales targets through our sales framework
  2. Responsible for converting generated leads from branches into quality business
  3. Must adhere to established processes and timely coordinate with cluster managers and operations hubs to minimize customer complaints
  4. Ensure adherence to agreed turnaround times on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of lead registration
  5. Ensure 15-month persistence in track and implement a robust follow-up mechanism with customers
  6. Coordinate with cluster training managers to ensure bank staff are regularly trained on life insurance concepts and new product introductions
  7. Be responsible for activating branch banking sellers and achieving activation targets
  8. Ensure LMS usage as a tracking mechanism online and for follow-up calls
Measures of Success:
  1. Business Plan:- Sales Plan vs Actuals - as per target assigned
  2. Seller Activation:- BDE Seller Activation (%) - Plan vs Actuals
  3. FDO Seller Activation (%) - Plan vs Actuals
  4. Persistency:- Plan vs Achievement
Requirements:
  • Degree in Any Discipline from a UGC / AICTE approved College and University
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, with preference for insurance experience
  • Experience in Life Insurance Sales Management, Retail Bank Distribution, and Channel Management or DSA Relationship
