We are seeking a skilled Franchise Partnership Specialist to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing franchise partners, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be proficient in CRM systems and have experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the pipeline of leads and ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintaining regular communication with franchise partners to understand their needs and provide support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Intermediate proficiency in computer usage – Excel
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Kannada/Telugu would be good to have
- Ability to travel extensively within the city, 2 days a week
