The role of Business Development and Client Relationship Manager involves driving business growth through strategic planning and fostering strong client relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities for the position include:
- Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
- Collaborating with other Fragomen offices to maximize business potential and enhance client relationships.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients through various channels to foster strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Supporting clients through the pitch/RFI/RFP/RFQ process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and assisting with drafting, follow-ups and post-RFP debrief sessions.
- Preparing partners and client-facing teams for pitch presentations and other client meetings.
This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and flexibility. The selected candidate will be required to attend training and orientation at our Kochi office for three months. Although based in Bangalore, the successful candidate must be willing to travel as needed.
