Seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead outreach, client engagement and drive growth for our organization. This role will focus on acquiring new clients, building strong networks within the industry and representing our brand at key events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales: Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities; Conduct client meetings and presentations; Own the entire sales cycle.
  • Outreach & Networking: Represent our organization at industry events; Build relationships with founders, investors, accelerators and ecosystem partners; Collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Client Servicing & Account Growth: Act as a relationship manager for existing clients; Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; Coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development, sales or client-facing roles.
  • Active network of VC's and founders.
  • Strong network-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
