
Business Development Relationship Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the banking and investments relationship with our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to foster growth in liabilities & investment business from branch/retail customers.
You will develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing service that exceeds client expectations. This includes identifying current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and growing business volumes for a larger share of the customer wallet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate incremental business
- Sales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, investments etc
- Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial products to current and potential relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of financial markets, regulations, and industry trends.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
