We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
">About the Role:The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the travel industry, and will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the tours and travel sector.
">Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Strategy Development: Implement account strategies aimed at revenue growth, increased client loyalty, and business profitability.
- Client Solutions: Conduct regular assessments of client needs and propose tailored travel solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring prompt follow-up and client satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Travel & Tourism, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the travel industry
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, Strategic thinker with a goal-driven mindset
