Building Strong Client Relationships

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to lead our client engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement account strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a holistic approach to client service.
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation within clients' current projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project delivery management, client/account management, or a related role in the software services industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
