Client Relationship Officer

Job Responsibilities Lead Generation and Client Management Actively record and manage all incoming client inquiries Follow up diligently with clients on quotation requests and ensure timely finalization Project Coordination and Execution Communicate project progress timelines and any potential delays to clients proactively Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and project communications Financial Management Follow up on outstanding payments Collect and provide the project billing details to accounts team and ensure timely issue of all invoices Assist with the preparation of payment schedules and invoices Monitor project budgets and identify any potential cost overruns Administrative Support Provide administrative support to Project Engineers including filing paperwork and other administrative tasks Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date Client Satisfaction Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications A dynamic Female with Any degree or diploma Age Below 26 2 years of experience in client relationship management customer service or a related field Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Dynamic and collaborative work environment Be part of a successful and growing company
