About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with up to 200 client accounts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with experience in managing high volumes of customer requests. They will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, work well under pressure, and maintain a calm and collected demeanor when facing challenges.

The successful candidate will be a relationship builder who can establish trust with clients and provide strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. They will also be an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and foster relationships with up to 200 regionally assigned client accounts
  • Build deep relationships and strategically navigate clients through their experience journey
  • Train clients on Deel processes and how to navigate the Deel platform successfully
  • Lead client interactions with product adoption and future growth in mind
  • Solve client challenges and help eliminate churn
  • Become a trusted partner to clients, understanding their business needs and building solutions to their problems
  • Collaborate with the wider growth and support organisation to help drive business growth
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as support, operations, or customer success
  • Able to manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests
  • Previous experience in fast-growth startups, payroll companies, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick insights from complex data sets
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
