Client Solutions Lead


- Drive client-centric solutions to unlock business growth through strategic partnership development, operational excellence, and innovative service delivery.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, preferences, and challenges to inform tailored strategies.

- Develop and execute plans to acquire, retain, and grow revenue with clients, leveraging existing relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Foster collaboration across sales, design, and project management teams to align solutions with organizational objectives.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to anticipate market changes and maintain a competitive edge.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the project lifecycle.


- Set measurable objectives, track performance, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

- Enhance brand visibility through targeted campaigns and client success stories.


Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research on clients, competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.

- Generate, track, and manage leads to secure new business, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Prepare and deliver tailored pitches and presentations to meet client needs and expectations.


Culture & Collaboration:
- Promote a collaborative, respectful, and open communication culture within the organization.

- Work seamlessly across teams to support sales processes, including lead qualification, strategy development, client outreach, pitch coordination, and deal closure.

- Foster a positive and team-oriented environment across all business units, driving employee engagement and retention.


Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

- Minimum 7+ years of experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, preferably with multinational clients.

- Strong understanding of the Workplace Market Sector and its trends.

- Experience in architecture, interior design, or related industries is preferred.
