Client Success Expert

We are seeking a Client Success Expert to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and complaints, and creating plans to address their business needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of motivation, and a willingness to learn. They will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills and a passion for excelling in a business development role.

  • About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position based in Gurugram.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to address client needs and create profitable ventures.
  • Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Building long-term relationships with clients.
  2. Addressing client concerns and complaints.
  3. Creating plans to address client business needs.
  4. Advising clients on creating profitable processes.
  5. Scheduling regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied.
  6. Acting as point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate.
  7. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs.
