Key Responsibilities:- Scout for potential partners, engaging in business development and fostering relationships to achieve mutual goals.
- Develop a systematic approach to partner outreach and relationship management, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
- Ideate new channels for tie-ups by identifying niche target groups and aligning them with business objectives.
- Research and analyze partners, identifying key players and generating interest in our offerings.
- Service and manage existing accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-person.
- Strong multitasking and relationship management skills, sales drive, and resilience.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships or BD/sales preferably in FinTech, EdTech, Banking, or Financial services.
