Business Development Manager Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to identify and establish strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scout for potential partners, engaging in business development and fostering relationships to achieve mutual goals.
  • Develop a systematic approach to partner outreach and relationship management, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
  • Ideate new channels for tie-ups by identifying niche target groups and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Research and analyze partners, identifying key players and generating interest in our offerings.
  • Service and manage existing accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-person.
  • Strong multitasking and relationship management skills, sales drive, and resilience.
Preferred Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships or BD/sales preferably in FinTech, EdTech, Banking, or Financial services.
