Job Overview

This role is part of a strategic initiative to enhance our partnership management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing process improvements that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Design and implement an end-to-end process for funding claims, including streamlining internal activities and capturing data in partner systems.
  • Deal Registration: Ensure the effective implementation of the deal/funding registration process across our SBU NCE, with submissions happening within defined timelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate and coach relevant stakeholders, including account leads, solution architects, delivery managers, and partner managers, to understand the claim process and provide support for initiating claims.
  • Process Standardization: Streamline the process across our entire SBU (4 BUs) through local SPOCs.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop and document SME-level knowledge on various financial incentive programs available from hyperscalers.
  • Network Building: Build a network with relevant stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Reporting and Insights:
  • Generate periodic reports on funding utilization for partner management and CoE leaders, including a management tracker illustrating progress and a financial report on forecasted captures.
