Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential Alliance partners to drive Business Development.
  • Develop a systematic approach to partner outreach and relationship management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ideate and innovate new channel tie-ups by identifying niche target groups and ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest through strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Servicing and managing existing accounts to increase revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • New Partner Acquisition: Prospecting potential partners, pitching solutions, finalizing commercial agreements, onboarding, and maintaining relationships.
  • Recruitment, training, and development of Field Operations teams to strengthen direct distribution.
  • Effective management of partner relationships and sales processes.
  • Driving sales volumes and increasing finance penetration while ensuring process rigor and controllership.
  • Ensuring smooth service delivery to partners and reconciliation of disbursements.
Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships or Business Development/Sales, preferably in FinTech, EdTech, Banking, or Financial services.
