Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Account Manager to drive business growth and performance of strategic partnership accounts with financial institutions.

This key role will focus on building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with partner teams, facilitating regular engagement and collaboration, and providing technical guidance and advisory support on inclusive financial products and delivery models.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microfinance Institution (MFI) partnerships and large loan portfolios, as well as familiarity with MFI operating models, NBFC-MFI regulatory norms, SHG-based finance, and low-income client engagement.
