About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Director to join our Corporate Development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in corporate strategy, business development, finance and technology. They will be able to articulate a compelling vision for our company's future, and drive effective execution of that vision.

Key responsibilities will include leading processes related to strategic business development, running fundraisings, acquisitions, partnership processes or other high-stakes relationships. The successful candidate will also contribute to Cognite's M&A agenda, helping to drive growth through targeted investments. Additionally, they will help articulate the company's corporate strategy and run corresponding strategic cross-functional initiatives.

A typical day as a Cogniter in the Corporate Development team may contain some of the following tasks & responsibilities:
- Lead processes related to strategic business development and running fundraisings, acquisitions, partnership processes or other high-stakes relationships (OEM, new business development, resellers, technology partners).
- Contribute to Cognite's M&A agenda as a key contributor to Cognite's growth.
- Together with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team, help articulate Cognite's corporate strategy and run corresponding strategic cross-functional initiatives.
- Help drive efficient processes towards Cognite's Board of Directors and key shareholders to ensure they are up-to-date on the progress of the company and make efficient decisions.
